Quality

From April 15, 2012 was obtained the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 (ISO 9001:2008), it was issued by DNV Business Assurance for the following scope of application: design and construction of moulds, moulding and assembly of items in thermoplastic materials and engineering polymers.
The introduction of procedures checks, and the continuous collection and analysis of data (aiming at implementing the corrective actions to establish goals and strategies to achieve them) allow us to operate with an effective quality system, which we will keep implementing and improving over time.

We don’t just measure the item, but we cooperate actively with the costumer for any need or problematic: responding in a short time, defining the required improvements and delivery times.

Obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification

Following the release of the new ISO 9001, in September of 2015, we have worked to get it.
In 2018, we have obtained the transition to the new ISO 9001:2015, without non-conformity and with the following positive feedback to the system expressed, following the audit, by DNV

• Documentary system reviewed and adapted to ISO 9001:2015;
• Well directed policy in targets and process performance indicators, system well monitored by the management;
• Structured system of mapping and analysis of skills;
• Consolidated operating processes (both workshop and molding) and operated in accordance with the applicable procedures;
• Good use of the tools of the QMS for the improvement (monitors, measurements, data analysis, corrective actions/improvement);
• Carried out and documented the analysis of the context;
• Carried out and documented the identification of interested parties with the requirements and relevant expectations for the SGQ;
• Defined and documented actions for to address the threats/ weaknesses and opportunity/ strengths Judged to be more meaningful.
